Terms & conditions

  • In the event of cancellation, events called off 3 working days prior will incur a 50% fee based on the total invoice. For cancellations made 1 working day before the event, a 100% fee of the total invoice will be applicable.

  • To ensure a seamless delivery experience, kindly be on-site 30 – 45 minutes before your scheduled event. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility if no one is available to receive the order, as we strive to efficiently fulfill numerous orders within a limited timeframe. If there is no on-site presence, a photograph will be provided to verify delivery. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

    A delivery fee of $50.00 applies to each order, with a minimum order requirement of $250.00 for events scheduled from Monday to Friday and $1200.00 for events on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that additional staff fees may be applicable.

  • We can provide staffing services for events requiring waiters or bartenders. Our staffing ratio is one staff member per 25 guests for plated meals and one staff member per 40 guests for buffet service. The hourly rate for each staff member is $50.00, with a minimum booking of 6 hours.

  • Please ensure that orders are placed at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Any dietary restrictions and the final guest count must be communicated within 3 days of the event, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to your menu.

    The event organizer assumes responsibility for all delivered food products. We recommend either consuming the items promptly or promptly cooling and refrigerating them to a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius within 2 hours of arrival to mitigate the risk of food-related illnesses.

  • We welcome your preferred ideas or specific requirements for your events. Please feel free to communicate with them, and our chefs will gladly accommodate them to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is our priority.

    • All prices in this menu are subject to applicable provincial and federal sales taxes.

    • We do not apply service fees to Drop&Go deliveries.

    • If any table or room or display setup is required, a 15% service charge will apply on your invoice.

    • This menu is served using responsibly sourced disposables where applicable. Reusable containers are available on-demand for a fee
